Yes, rental extensions are allowed but subject to vehicle availability. Please inform us as early as possible to avoid conflicts with other bookings.
Our Hiace models typically seat between 10 to 13 passengers, depending on the configuration. Please confirm the specific model’s seating capacity when booking.
Cancellations made at least 2 days before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made on the day of the trip will be charged 50% of the total price.
We accept cash and bank transfers. Payment must be fully completed before the trip.
The routes we serve are already listed in our Pricelist. However, if you require a route that is not included there, it can be negotiated during the booking process. For safety reasons, we will assign two drivers for routes exceeding 600 km.
Yes, we offer optional insurance packages at an additional cost. Please inform us if you are interested.
RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS :
VEHICLE & SERVICE
- Treva&Co provides the New Toyota Hiace Premio 2023 with a maximum capacity of 14 seats.
- The rental includes a professional driver, fuel, and toll fees.
- The rental does not include parking fees, ferry crossing fees, driver’s accommodation, or entrance tickets (if applicable).
BOOKING & AVAILABILITY
- Availability is limited, so early booking confirmation is highly recommended, especially during weekends and holiday seasons.
- Bookings are only confirmed after a deposit or full payment is received.
USAGE DURATION
- Out-of-town trips: Maximum usage 16 hours within the same day.
- In-city trips: Maximum usage 12 hours within the same day.
- Overtime charges: 10% of the total rental price per hour.
- If overtime exceeds 3 hours, it will be charged as a full day rental.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
- Full payment must be made at least 1 day before departure.
- Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled trip.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
